    This user guide provides the installation procedures for the Model 8602 and highlights the basic features for making and receiving calls and checking your voice mail messages. For more details on basic or advanced features of the Model 8602, refer to the online Help by selecting the Help button from the Main Display of the Model 8602 interface.

    Model 8602. After your system meets the requirements of the Model 8602, follow the instructions to install the IP softphone. Finally, you need to configure some settings before the Model 8602 is operational.

    Click Close to complete the installation. Click Exit Installation and remove the CD-ROM from the drive. If prompted, restart the computer. If this is the first time installing the Model 8602, the Configuration Wizard automatically starts after installation. You must complete the wizard NOTE before the IP softphone will operate.

    Select the Inter-Tel program, and then click Add/Remove. Configuration The application interface has various configuration options for the Model 8602. You need to configure some settings before the IP softphone can operate. The Configuration Wizard guides you through configuration of the necessary fields.
