When recording is stopped a file with a name such as ***.rec (when the view channel is a JPEG view channel)
or ***.asf (when the view channel is a MPEG4 channel) is created in the disk.
The file name section "***" consists of 14 characters representing the (y) year, (m) month, (d) day, (h) hour, (m)
