This attribute describes configuration items for the tone resources available in
the phone.
This attribute includes:
Dual Tone Multi-Frequency <DTMF/>
Chord-Sets <chord/>

Interpretation
0
If set to 1, play welcome sound effect on warm
as well as cold boots, otherwise only a cold
boot will trigger the welcome sound effect.
1
If set to 1, display the date and time on the idle
display
Null
This parameter controls the intensity of the
LCD backlight when it turns on during normal
use of the phone.
The default value is medium.
Null
This parameter controls the intensity of the
LCD backlight when the phone is idle.
The default value is low.
Note: If idleIntensity is set higher than
onIntensity, it will be replaced with the
onIntensity value.
Null
Timeout for the idle display or default call
handling display.
If set to 0, there is no timeout.
If set to Null, the default timeout of 20 seconds
is used.
If set to value greater than 0, the timeout is for
that number of seconds (maximum 65536).
0
If set to 0 or Null, there is no MWI for
registration x (SIP 2.1.0 and 2.1.1 behavior).
If set to 1, msg.mwi.x.callBackMode is set to
disabled. MWI notification will be displayed for
registration x (Pre-SIP 2.1.0 behavior).
