Whenoperatedand maintained accordingto all suppliedinstructions, ifthis snowthrowerfailsdue to a defectinmaterialor workmanship within
two yearsfrom the dateor purchase,call 1-800-4-MY-HOME® to arrangefor free repair.
This warrantyappliesfor only90 days fromthe dateof purchaseif this snow throweris everusedfor commercial o r rentalpurposes.
Duringthe first yearof purchase,there willbe no chargefor warrantyservicein yourhome. Foryourconvenience, i n-homewarrantyservicewill
still be availableafter the firstyearof purchase,but a trip chargewill apply.This chargewill be waivedif youtransportthe snowthrowerto an
authorizedCraftsmandrop-off location.Forthe nearestauthorized location,call 1-800-4-MY-HOME®.
Thiswarranty coversONLYdefects in material and workmanship. Sears will NOT pay for:
• Expendableitemsthat becomewornduringnormaluse, including b utnot limitedto skid shoes,shaveplate,shearpins, sparkplug,air
cleaner,belts,and oil filter.
• Standardmaintenance servicing,oil changes,or tune-ups.
Tire replacement o r repaircausedby puncturesfrom outsideobjects,such as nails,thorns,stumps,or glass.
Tireor wheelreplacement o r repairresultingfrom normalwear,accident,or improper o perationor maintenance.
Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse, including b utnot limitedto damagecausedby impacting objectsthat bendthe frameor
crankshaft,or over-speeding theengine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence, i ncluding b ut not limitedto, electricaland mechanical d amagecausedby improper
storage,failureto usethe propergradeand amountof engineoil, or failureto maintainthe equipmentaccordingto the instructions contained
inthe operator'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfuel determined to be contaminated or oxidized(stale).In general,fuel shouldbe used
within30 daysof itspurchasedate.
Normaldeterioration and wearof the exteriorfinishes,or productlabel replacement.
This warrantyappliesonly whilethis productis usedin the UnitedStates.
