NEF (RAW) processing.
Highlight
NEF (RAW) processing in the retouch
menu and press I_ to display a picture selection
dialog listing only NEF (RAW) images created with
this camera.
Select
a photograph.

Choose
settings
for the JPEG copy.
Adjust image quality (_ 85), image size (_ 88), white balance (_ 117; if Auto is
selected, white balance will be set to whichever
of Normal
and Keep warm

colors was in effect when the picture was taken), exposure
compensation
(_ 107), Picture Control (_ 131 ; note that the Picture Control
grid can not be displayed), high ISO noise reduction
(_ 205), color space
(_ 141 ), and D-Lighting
(_ 251). Note that white balance is not available with
multiple
exposures or pictures created with image overlay and that exposure
compensation
can only be set to values between
-2 and +2 EV.
