Obtain the syslog data file of the BOX
The syslog data file can be obtained from the BOX.
When contacting us, please send us the downloaded file.
Step 1
Select "1.Status check" on the BOX configuration
page (+ page 17).
→ The setup confirmation window will be displayed.

Step 2
Select "4.Log download".
→ The syslog download window will be displayed.
→
Step 3
Click "Click here to execute".
→ The "File download" window will be displayed.
→
Save the file appropriately.
