Settings

Preparing Meats for Roasting
* Place a tender

bag on a trivet in a
microwave-safe
dish.

through

cooking
bag horizontally
into the
center

bone
or fat. Make sure the

does not touch

or top or sides of the oven.

probe
horizontally
into tt_e
