GRILLING A NDROTISSERIE
SAFETY
Use the black metal tray when grilling
or using
Use of the browner
rack:
the rotisserie.
Use the tray as a cooking
pan when
grilling
or as a drip pan fi>r the YofisseYle fi>od.
Do not use the glass turntable
when
grilling
or
using the rotisserie.
Do not cover the black metal tray with metal toil.
This will cause arcing in the oven.
Any non-metal,
oven-safb
dish can be used when
grilling
or when
using the rotisserie
in the oven.
Place food, ovei_-sale cookware
or the browner
rock directly on the black metal troy when grilling,
The oven and door will get hot when
grilling
or
using the rotisserie.
Cookware
will become
hot when grilling
or using
the rotisserie.
Pot holdei_
or oven mitts will be
needed
to handle
the cookwam.
Do not
use paper
towels
or coverings,
containe(_
or cooking/roasting
bags
made
of fi>il or other
reflective
material,
plastic,
wax or paper
when
grilling
or using
the
rotisserie.
Do not place
fl>od
directly
against
the
top or
bottom
heating
elements.

the
dish
direcflv
on the
rack.
-- Remove
the
rack
from
the
oven
when
not in use.
-- Use pot holde_
or oven mitts when
handling
the rack. It may be hot.
-- Be sm'e that the rack is positioned
properly
inside the oven to prevent
product
damage.
-- Do not cover the rack or any part of the oven
with metal fi>il. This will cause overheating
of
the oven.
