    Variable power levels add flexibility to microwave cooking. The power levels on the microwave oven can be compared to the surface units on a range. Each power level gives you microwave energy a certain percent of the time. Power level 7 is microwave energy 70% of the time.

    About the time and auto microwave features. Time Cook Time Cook I Allows you to microwave for any time up to 99 minutes. Power level 10 (High) is automatically set, but you may change it for more flexibility. Press the TIME COOK button. Enter cooking time.

    Cookware tips. Convection Cooking Metal Pans are recommended for all types of baked products, but especially where browning or crusting is important. Dark or dull finish metal pans are best for breads and pies because they absorb heat and produce crisper crust. Shiny aluminum pans are better for cakes, cookies or muffins because these pans reflect heat and help produce a light tender crust.
