Whenthe modeis set,the lightsand coolingfan will
come on.
TEMPERATURE DIAL Et DISPLAY
Turnclockwiseto select the oventemperatureyou
want to cook at. The default setting for the
temperaturedisplayis degreesR Referto the User
SelectOptions on page 23for instructionson howto
changethe temperaturedisplaysettings.
Note: ForDoubleOvenmodels,controlson the left
are for the uppercavity andcontrolson the right are
for the lowercavity.
PREHEATING YOUR OVEN
Alwayspreheatyourovenwhen usingthe followingmodes:TrueAero, AeroBake, B ake,AeroPastry andPastryBake.
Rememberto positionshelvesin the ovenbeforepreheating.
When your ovenis preheating, y ourselectedcookingtemperatureis displayed alternatelywith the actualoven
temperature. Whenthe ovenhasreachedthe selectedtemperaturean audiblebeepwill soundandthe temperature
displaywill changefrom red to green(stainless steel models)or orangeto white (Iridiummodels).
Preheating y ourevenis not required when usingRoastandAeroBroi/.
TheAero
Tech
TM
oven
is equipped with a fast preheatfunction. In TrueAero, AeroBake, B ake,AeroPastry and PastryBakeit
will heatto 350%/175°C from cold in under10 minutesand to 450%/220°C in under15 minutes.
Note: If you want to changethe ovenmodeand/ortemperatureduringoperation,turn the ovenmodeand temperature
dialsto OFF andwait for the temperature and modelightsto turn off beforeselectingyournewsettings. Thiswill reactivate
the preheatfunction.
