Error Messages

The flash is lowered,
The flash is not raised during the scene auto selector.
Slide the _ @ (flash pop up) control to raise the flash, The
camera can still shoot normally with the flash lowered if you do
not wish to use it.

Lens is not operating properly.
Lens error Turn camera off and then on again. If error persists, contact 21
retailer or Nikon authorized service representative.
Communications Error occurred during communication with printer. _27
error Turn off camera and reconnect the USB cable.
Error has occurred in camera's internal circuitry.
Turn off camera, remove and reinsert battery, and turn on
