1. Loosenthe knobs and raisethe upper
handletothe uprightposltlon.See
Figure2. Allowthe control rod to swing
freely.
2. "nghtenthe knobs. Make sum the
knobs am to the outsideof the handles
as shownin Figure2.
3. Insertthe endof the €ontrol rod from
left to rightthrough the hole in the quill
support arm. Attachwith heir pin found
in partsbag.See Figure3.
4. When the clutchleveris in NEUTRAL
position,the quill support arm must be
closeto the screw as shownin Figure4.
