PIP OPERA TION
OPERATION
WITH
CABLE
DECODER
This illustration shews the basic connection of your TV to a
VCR and a cable box. (Refer to the "Standard Connections
For Your TV" section of this operating guide.) With your
equipment setup in this manner, your television has the follow-
ing PIP capabilities:
21 Simultaneously view a video tape playing in the VCR and a
basic cable channel selected by the TV's tuner.
Ca Simultaneously view two different cable channels; one
cable channel selected by the TV's tuner and another cable
channel selected by the cable box.
Cl Swag, the main picture and the PIP window.
NOTE:
rn The cable channels you can view depends on the service
you have purchased from your cable company.

Select Video 1 as the PIP
Source in the Source Menu.

the tuner in the Cable Box.

view it in the PIP window.
