Toner scatter or toner stain
Recommendation

If the problem is not solved after printing a few blank pages,
foreign material, such as glue from a label, may be stuck on
the drum surface. Clean the drum unit (see Advanced User's
Guide: Cleaning the drum unit).

Identify the color causing the problem and install a new drum
unit (see Replacing the drum units on page 86).
