You can control connected Sony components
with the remote of this system.
Some timctions may not be selectable depending
on the equipment. In that case. select them using
the remote control supplied with the equipment.

To control the component

Press one of the input buttons [] (BD,
DVD, SAT/CATV, TV, VIDEO, or
DMPORT) to select the component you
want to operate.
The component assigned to the selected
input button becomes operable.

Common operations
Remote Button Function
[] TV I/_) Turns on or off tile Sony
AV I/_) TV or audio/video
(on/standby) components that the
remote is assigned to
operate.
Press [] TV I/_)/AV I/_
and [] I/_ at the same
time to turn off the system
and all other components
that the remote is assigned
to operate (SYSTEM
STANDBY).
[] ENTER Enters the selection.
For TV, while pressing and
hokting [] TV (yellow),
press [] ENTER.
For other components,
while pressing and holding
[] SHIFT, press []
ENTER.
[] <.-,'l', 4,, ->, @ Selects a menu item and
enters the selection.
[] Color buttons Displays an operation
guide on the TV screen
when the color buttons are
available. Follow the
operation guide to pert_rm
a selected operation.
[] CLEAR Clears the selection.
For TV, while pressing and
hokting [] TV (yellow),
press [] CLEAR.
For other components,
while pressing and holding
[] SHIFT, press []
CLEAR.
