Menu Mode - Canon POWERSHOT SX500 IS User Manual

Configure a variety of camera functions through other menus as follows.
Menu items are grouped by purpose on tabs, such as shooting [O],
playback [F_], and so on. Note that available settings vary depending on
the selected shooting or playback mode (_[_210 - 215).

: Access the menu.
Press the
<MENU>
button.
[] E$3 Choose a tab.
Move the zoom lever to choose a tab.
After you have pressed the <A><v>
\ buttons to choose a tab initially, you can
switch between tabs by pressing the
<4><F> buttons.
Choose a setting.
Press the <A><v> buttons or turn the
<_!_ _ > dial to choose a setting.
To choose settings with options not
shown, first press the <@> or <_>
button to switch screens, and then either
press the <A><v> buttons or turn the
<;_:_> dial to select the setting.
To return to the previous screen, press
the
<MENU>
button.
