Using the Menus
Many of the camcorder's functions can be
adjusted from the menus that open after
pressing the FUNC. button ('_0_-6_i).
For details about the available menu
options and settings, refer to Menu
Options Lists (C_J37).

1 Press
2 Select (AV) the icon of the function
you want change from the Jeft side

3 Select (_) the desired setting
from the available options at the
bottom bar,
The selected option wiii be highlighted
in light blue. Menu items not available
wiii appear grayed out.
4 Press _ to save the settings
and dose the menu,
° You can press [FUN_: / to close the
menu at any time.
° With some settings you will need to
press (_) and make further
selections. Follow the additional
operation guides that wiii appear on
the screen (such as the _ icon,
small arrows, etc.).

1 Press F_Nc_..
2 SeIect (AV) the [_ icon and press
(_) to open the setup menus,
You can also hold [_UN0.Jpressed
down for more than 1 second to open
directly the setup menus screen.
3 Select (AT) the desired menu from
the Jeff side column and press (_),
The title of the selected menu appears
on top of the screen and under it the
list of settings.
4 Select (AV) the settinq you want to
change and press (_).
° An orange frame wiii indicate the
menu item currently selected. Menu
items not available wiii appear grayed
out.
, To return to the menu selection
screen, select (V ) [ _:::_ R ETU RN] and
press (_ ).
5 Select (A,T) the desired option and
press (_) to save the setting,
G Press _NC_},
You can press _ to close the
menu at any time.
