7. Pull the heater lamp out of the lamp holder from the misfeed
clearing knob side.
When you reinstall the lamp, position the voltage indication toward
the misfeed clearing knob side.
Printhead Removal
1. Remove the top cover.
2. Remove the printhead (2 connectors, 5 screws).
