Type Information (choice selection)

If an extension item with choice selection was selected, the following choice
settings can be specified.
Note
The choices are set first for each extension item.

Description
Select this check box to display the buttons for the extension
items in the control panel of the multifunctional peripheral.
The function name of the selected item is displayed.
Specify the name of the button that appears in the control
panel of the multifunctional peripheral.
Specify a description for the button that appears in the control
panel of the multifunctional peripheral.
Select one of the following functions for the button that ap-
pears in the control panel of the multifunctional peripheral.
• Optional Item
• Required Item
• Show Only Item
• Hide Item
Select this check box to display the choice in the control panel
of the multifunctional peripheral.
The name of the choice is displayed.
If "(Default)" appears, the choice is set as the default.
Click this button to set the selected choice as the default set-
ting.
