[AUDIO CONTROL] button

XO-NF (NON-FADER) Mode

Here, the LPF (low-pass filter) to the non-fader pre-out can be
switched ON and OFF.
Since the low-pass filter passes only lower ranges (higher
ranges are cut off), efficient playback is enabled by cutting off
mid to higher range elements not needed for a woofer.
Turn the [AUDIO CONTROL] button to the left or right switch
Cross Over (NF) ON/OFF.

NF-PH (NON-FADER PHASE) Mode

The merging of sound between the front and rear speakers and
the woofer can be improved by selecting the phase.
Switch the phase to a phase which lets the speakers combine
without any disharmony.
Turn the [AUDIO CONTROL] button to select NORMAL or
REVERSE.
NORM: Normal phase
REV
: Reverse phase

Enabling the loudness control

The loudness control may be turned on to emphasize low and high
frequencies at low volume levels.
Loudness compensates for the apparent weakness of low and high
frequencies at low volume by boosting the bass and treble levels.
Press and hold the [AUDIO CONTROL] button until the
1
[LOUD ON] display appears on the screen.
To disable the loudness feature, repeat the above procedure to
display the [LOUD OFF] indication.
