6-10 Paper Jams
Pull out the cassette.
When pulling out the cassette, be sure to pull it out slowly and completely.
IMPORTANT
When pulling out the cassette, be sure to pull it out horizontally. If it is pulled out at
an angle, it may result in damage to the printer.
Slowly pull out the jammed paper in the direction of the arrow.
G When paper has been fed from the cassette

While putting your hand on the paper as shown in the figure, slowly pull out the
jammed paper in the direction of the arrow.
IMPORTANT
•
When removing jammed paper, be sure to support it with your hand. If you remove
jammed paper without supporting it with your hand, the paper may tear.
