Printhead errors
If the "Before you troubleshoot" checklist does not solve the problem, then try the following:

EMOVE AND REINSERT THE PRINTHEAD

Open the front door of the printer, and then open the printhead access door.

Pull the latch forward, and then remove the printhead.
3
Wipe the printhead contacts using a clean, lint-free cloth.
Warning—Potential Damage: Do not touch the printhead nozzles.
