Before specifying the Printer Setup Utility settings, set USB SETTING
(in the UTILITY - ADMIN. MANAGEMENT menu) to Mac. For details,
refer to the Printer/Copier/Scanner User's Guide on the Documenta-
tion CD/DVD.
When Using a USB Connection

Use a USB cable to connect the printer to your computer.

Check that the printer is turned on, and then restart the computer.

Open [Printer Setup Utility], which can be accessed by clicking Startup
Disk, then [Applications], then [Utilities].

In the [Printer List], click [Add].

Select [USB] from the pop-up menu.
