Usingthe probe.
For many foods, especially roasts and poult_
internal food temperature is the best test for doneness. The
temperature probe takes the guesswork out of roasting by cooking foods to the exact doneness you want.
The temperature probe has a
skewer-like probe at one end and
a plug at the other end that goes
into the ouflet fl7the oven.

is completely defrosted before insert/bg.

If the probe is removed from the oven while
probe cooking, the oven will not automaflbally
turn off.
To change
the oven temperatm'e
dining
the Bake/Roast
cycle, touch
tile
BAKE
pad and then
the nmnber
pads to set the
new temperatm'e.
Youcan use the Kitchen Tknereven though
you cannot use timed oven operationswhile
using the probe.
