Tap the Test button to launch the phone connection test.

Wait for a while, there will appear a dialog box to show wether it's ok
or anything fails.

If the test is ok, you could try to launch the Phone application to call
someone.

If the test fails, you might need to check whether the SIM or the other
things go wrong.
