To add picture frame:
1.
Tap the Frame icon
2.
You can add a frame for any picture you like.
Rotate:
1.
Tap the Up and Down icon
2.
Tap the Rotate
3.
Tap an item in it, e.g. Rotate 270.
To adjust size:
1.
Tap the Resize icon
2.
Input the length, height, and width, then tap OK.
