TROUBLE SHOOTING
Please refer to the following methods to
detect the problem if any functions fail to
perform properly.
NO SOUND
Ä Ensure that the equipment is connected
properly.
Ä Ensure that the input settings and the volume
adjustment for the TV are correct.
Ensure that the input settings and the volume

adjustment for the receiver are correct.
Ä Ensure that the input setting for the TV is
correct.
Ä Ensure machine music volume is up.
NO PICTURE
Ä Ensure that the equipment is connected
properly.
Ensure the TV is properly set on a correct

mode.
Ä Ensure that the input setting for the TV is
correct.
DISTORTED SOUND
Ensure that the equipment is connected
Ä
properly.
Ä Ensure that the input settings and the
volume adjustment for the TV and
receiver are correct.
DISTORTED PICTURE
Ä Ensure that the equipment is connected
properly.
Ensure that the connection to the YUV jack is
Ä
set properly.
Ensure that the output setting is correct.
Ä
Select only one output connection, either S-
Video or YUV.
Ensure that the connection cord is in good
Ä
condition.
SELECTED SONG WON'T PLAY
Ä Ensure that the disc tray is empty.
Ä Ensure that the selected song is recorded in
the H.D.D.
Ä Please check if you have deleted this song.
NO POWER
Ä Make sure both ends of the AC power cord
are securely plugged into the DVD player
and into the wall outlet.
Ä Ensure that the power switch on the back
panel is turned on.
DISC WON'T PLAY
Insert a disc with label side facing up.
Ä
Ä If the laser reader is dirty, use a lense
clean disc.
Please check if the disc surface is dirty.
Ä
Wipe the disc with a cleaning cloth.
NO MICROPHONE SOUND
Ä Ensure that microphone is connected
properly.
Ensure that the microphone power is
Ä
turned on.
Ä Turn the volume control knob on the front
panel clockwise.
Ä Adjust the microphone volume with the
remote control.
REMOTE WON'T WORK
Remove any obstacles between the
Ä
remote and the DVD player.
Ä Operate the remote control close to the
DVD player and point directly to the
sensor.
Ä Please check if the batteries in the remote
need replacement.
BLUE SCREEN WITH DVD LOGO
AFTER MACHINE BOOT UP
H.D.D might be damage or song data base
Ä
has been messed up due to
unappropriated operating. Please contact
manufacture.
