Highlights
For smaller workgroups, or where
space is a concern, LinkBuilder
FMS II stackable hubs with the
Bridge Management Module using
Spanning Tree Algorithm (STA)
can provide redundant paths to the
LANplex switching hubs in the
data center.
A Redundant Power System
ensures constant power for up to
four SuperStack units. Additional
Redundant Power Systems can be
added if required. The system com-
prises two load-sharing bulk power
supplies fed by two independent AC
lines. In the event of a failure in one
of the supplies, an alarm is automati-
cally sent to the management con-
sole. The system also has redundant
fans and LED temperature indicators
to protect against failures caused by
overheating.
