Resetting Control Panel Defaults
If you have a problem with settings on the product control panel, you can reset them to their factory
defaults. You can choose which settings to reset or reset them all.

• Reset Fax Send/Receive Settings: Restores all of the default fax settings on the Send/Receive
Setup and Communication screens.
• Reset Fax Data Settings: Erases the speed dial list, group dial list, header, and fax log.
• Reset Wi-Fi Settings (WF-2530): Restores all of the default network settings.
• Reset All except Wi-Fi & Fax Settings (WF-2530): Restores all of the default settings on the
control panel, except for the network and fax settings.
• Reset Network Settings (WF-2520): Restores all of the default network settings.
• Reset All except Network & Fax Settings (WF-2520): Restores all of the default settings on the
control panel, except for the network and fax settings.
