Solution
Check that the printer is properly connected to the computer and is

Check that your application software is properly installed and set up for
your printer; see your application software manual.
Solution
To minimize moiré patterns, try the following:
Place a transparent sheet between the document and the document
table to unfocus the image slightly.
Move or angle the document slightly.
Change the output image size setting slightly.
