For example, if during a phone conversation, your
party gives you another number to call, simply enter
this number into the keypad. Advise your party that
they will hear tones as you enter the number. To call
the phone number in the Scratchpad at the end of the
current conversation, press ´ (to end the current
call) and Í (to initiate the new call). If you choose
to enter the number directly into your phone book
during the call, just enter the number into the keypad
and press Ø. This will take you automatically to
step 7 of the Store a Phone Number and Name
feature of the Phone Book sub-menu (see Store a
Phone Number and Name on page 42 for more
information).
This Scratchpad will retain the last telephone number
present in the display.
Note that you can turn off the tones heard in the
Scratchpad with the Scratchpad Tones On/Off feature
in the Tone Controls menu (see Scratchpad Tones on
page 79 for more information). Use of this feature will
allow you to hear the tones, but your called party will
not.

Display Last Ten Numbers Dialed

1. Press ‰, ‚, ‚. The display
will show the name or number of
the last person called as being
stored in L0'. The second to last
number dialed is stored in L1', and
so on.
2. Press £ to scroll in reverse order
through the last ten dialed numbers.
