Printing a File from the Mailbox

Follow the procedure below to print a file from a Mailbox on your machine.

Print a file to the Mailbox (up to 20 mailboxes for each User
ID) with the User ID (see page
Enter the User ID (up to 8 digits) from the keypad (i.e.
12345678)
or repeatedly until the display shows the file you want
to print.
Name of the file owner
(Up to 10 characters)

File name
(Up to 10 characters)
