Editing Address Book Editor – Import Address Book data from other application
Address Book data created using other applications, such as Microsoft

Excel, can be imported.
Copy the Address Book data from the other
application.
The data format must be an Address (IP
Address/Fax number/Email Address), and
Destination Name.
Click on the number where to paste the data.
Right-click and select Paste, or select Paste
from the Edit menu.
Data is pasted at the designated location.
Note: The data that exceeds the maximum
number of allowable address entries
will be lost.
