User Name Specify the name of the new user.
Range: Up to 64 characters
Default: [Blank]
User Pass- Specify the password of the new user.

Retype Type in the new password again for confirmation.

A user name that already exists cannot be
specified.
"Public" cannot be specified as the user
name.
The User Password box can be left blank.
