Troubleshooting Having trouble with your modem? Try these basic troubleshoot- ing steps first! Is your modem turned on? When your modem is properly connected to an electrical outlet, a wall outlet, or a surge protector and is turned on, the CTS and MR lights on the front panel will be illuminated. - Page 12 responses from the modem.
