Tractor Preparation - Alamo 803350C Operator's Manual

The hydraulic system must be kept "SURGICALLY CLEAN" to ensure proper operation and
long life of the pumps, motors, and valves. All components have protective caps over
openings connected to internal spaces to prevent contamination. It is important that care be
taken during unpacking, assembly, and other contaminants which will damage parts.
DO NOT start the tractor unless the hydraulic system is filled with hydraulic oil. Running without oil will
damage the pumps.
Check the oil level in the reservoir before start-up.
Care should be taken when filling the reservoir to prevent contamination of the hydraulic system. Always use
new hydraulic fluid when filling the system. USE ONLY UNIVERSAL TRACTOR HYDRAULIC OIL IN THE
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM.
Reference to the left or right side is determined while standing in the rear & facing in the direction of travel.

TRACTOR PREPARATION

1. Remove the Anti-Sway Bars from tractor and Lower Links.
2. Remove the Pins that attach the Lower Links to the Down Links and the Tractor Lugs. Remove the Lower
Links. Insert the Pins back into the Down Links and the Tractor Lugs. These Pins will be used when
attaching the V-Pro to the tractor.
3. Remove the complete Draw Bar and carrier from the Tractor.
