Alternate Route
When Detour Available displays, a
possible quicker route is available
and an alternate route can be
selected to detour around the traffic
condition. Press Yes and a new
route is calculated. This option is
only available when the multiple car
icon appears.
XM NavTraffic information might
not be provided for the alternate
route, depending on what type of
road the vehicle is traveling on.
Traffic Condition Symbols
The following are traffic condition
symbols may display:
Stopped Traffic Traffic Jam
Accident Road Closed
Lane Narrows Road work,
Construction
Alert Road Condition
Infotainment System
Road Visibility
XM Weather (if equipped)
Press the INFO button, then press
INFO again until the Weather
screen button is selected or press
the Weather screen button.
