How to Assemble/Disassemble your Breville Avance
1.
Remove lid by simply lifting off deep fryer.
2.
The hinged basket is designed for compact storage
(see fig 1).
3.
To extend handle, pull handle and lift backwards.
4.
Lift back panel upwards and away from unit
(see fig 2).
WhEN ASSEMBlING YOUR DEEP FRYER FOR USE, PlEASE ENSURE ThE GROOvES IN ThE cONTROl ASSEMBlY
ARE INSERTED INTO ThE TONGUE OF ThE DEEP FRYER BODY. ThE DEEP FRYER WIll NOT OPERATE UNlESS
cORREcTlY ASSEMBlED.

Remove bowl by grasping rim of bowl and lifting
upwards (see fig 3).
6.
Reverse these steps to reassemble your new
deep fryer.
NOTE
The enamel removable bowl can only be
inserted one way.
