outgoing announcements
An outgong announcement s the message callers hear when calls are
answered by the answerng system.
The telephone s preset wth an announcement that answers calls wth
"Hello, please leave a message after the tone." You can use ths default
announcement, or replace t wth your own.

Play the announcement

• Press aNNC n dle mode. The system announces "Announcement, press
play or press announcement again to record a new announcement."
• Press PLay/SToP and the announcement wll be played.

• Press aNNC n dle mode, and the system announces "Announcement, press
play or press announcement again to record a new announcement."
• Press aNNC agan and the system announces "Record after the tone,
press stop when you are done."
• After the tone, speak towards the mcrophone at the bottom front of the
telephone base from about nne nches away.
/PLay/SToP when finished.
• Press
• The answerng system wll automatcally playback the newly recorded
announcement and there will be a confirmation tone. Press
SToP to stop the playback at any tme.
If you do not lke the announcement just recorded, press aNNC to record

again before the confirmation tone.
