SEPARATE LUBRICATION (Fig. 53-56)
Top up the mixer oil tank every 500 km.
The vehicle has a separate lubrication system which
includes an mixer oil tank (Fig. 53) (1,3
l
serve of 0,5 ) and a variable-capacity oil supply
pump (the capacity varies according to the number of
revs of the motor and the opening of the throttle) (Fig.
53).
When the oil reaches reserve level, this is indicat-
ed by the coming on of the mixer oil reserve
warning light " ".
The capacity is predetermined in the design phase,
so there is no need for the user to make any adjust-
ment. It is necessary to bleed air from the pump
whenever it has to be dismantled, the mixer oil sup-
ply pipe is detached, or when the lubricant in the mix-
er oil tank is completely exhausted.
Proceed as follows:
Empty the fuel tank and fill it with 2 ... 3

containing 1% oil (see ≈LUBRICANT CHART∆).
Start the motor and let it idle.
