ELIMINATE.
During the vehicle start-up, after the in-
strument panel initial check, the ABS
warning light stops flashing when the
speed is under 5 km/h (3.1 mph).
If the ABS warning light continues flash-
ing or is permanently on, a failure has
been detected and the ABS has been au-
tomatically deactivated.
In this case carry out the following oper-
ations:
- stop the vehicle;
- key OFF-ON;
- ride over 5 km/h (3.1 mph): the ABS
warning light must be turned off;
- the ABS system is working.
If the ABS disabled indication remains:

Bij de start van het voertuig, na de begin-
check van het dashboard, knippert de
controlelamp van het ABS tot sneller dan
5 km/h (3.1 mph) wordt gereden, waarna
ze uitgaat.
Als de controlelamp van het ABS blijft
knipperen of vast oplicht, werd een sto-
ring gedetecteerd en wordt het ABS au-
tomatisch gedesactiveerd.
In dat geval moeten de volgende hande-
lingen uitgevoerd worden:
- stop het voertuig;
- sleutel OFF-ON;
- rij harder dan 5 km/h (3.1 mph): de con-
trolelamp ABS moet uitgaan;
- het ABS is in werking.
