• Remove the jammed paper.
• Paper is ejected from the front panel or rear panel of the
printer. (Sometimes paper may be ejected from both.)
Remove the paper. Then, remove the paper cassette
once and re-insert.
• Make sure that the paper and ink cassette sizes match.

• An internal hardware error has occurred. Unplug the AC
adaptor from the power supply once, reconnect, and turn
the unit on again. If the error has not cleared, please
consult your dealer.
