The machine beeps and display shows error codes:
E0 – Washer door was not shut properly during the delay start mode. Close the
washer door properly to continue.
E1 – Draining is too slow. The hose could be blocked, cut or not properly set.
Adjust the hose properly in order to drain. Replace the new hose if it is cut.
E2 – The washer has stopped running during the Wash/Spin/Rinse mode. The
washer door is not closed properly. Close the top washer door properly to
continue.
E3 – The washtub is not spinning. This is due to the washer not being leveled
properly or an overloaded tub. Adjust the leveling legs to balance the washer.
Remove some clothing and rearrange the clothes inside the tub. The machine
will start within 10 seconds after being rebalanced.
E4 – Incoming water flow is very slow. This is due to improper opening of the
faucet, a blocked water inlet valve, or low water pressure. Open the water
faucet properly to increase the incoming water flow and clean the inlet valve.
E5 – Incoming hot water temperature exceeds 122˚F/50˚C. Regulate incoming hot
water temperature as shown above. You must let the hot water cool down.
Once the hot water has cooled down, press the "Start/Pause" button to resume
the cycle.
E6 – Water sensor is defective. The washer needs servicing. Call for service.
E8 – The power voltage is too low. Unplug the unit and wait for the voltage to return
to normal.
E9 – The power voltage is too high. Unplug the unit and wait for the voltage to
return to normal.
Problems with water:
• Not enough water is coming out - The water faucet may need to be turned fully.
Water hoses may be tangled or bent. Straighten the hoses. Check the water level
selection. It may need to be readjusted.
• Water leaks - This is due to improper installation of the drain hose or fill hoses.
Your home drain may be clogged or it may have constant water pressure. You
may need to tighten hoses, check the plumbing or call a plumber.
• Water does not drain - This is due to improper installation of the drain hose. You
may need to connect the drain hose properly. Check the position of the drain
hose.
• Water flows out of the drain hose during the first use of the machine - This may
be the water left in the tub after the factory inspected the unit to test its
performance in order to ensure the best quality.
