Barbie magic secret box keeps your most beautiful jewels safe and protect your secrets
from those prying eyes.
Nicely concealed under a simple photo frame, the secret box will only open when the
correct secret code is entered... This will thwart any intrusion attempts from those curious
people wanting to break into your secret box.
Before you start playing with Barbie magic secret box, please read the following instruc-
tions to help you keep your secrets away from those prying eyes, and request the assis-
tance of an adult in order to read and understand the safety warnings.

A keypad is concealed behind the photo frame. You will need to
enter your secret code in order to open the box and have access
to your secrets.
The secret code initially set at the factory is as follows: 9999#.
Enter 9999, and then press # to confirm. The green light will
show and the door hiding your secrets will open.

In order to change your secret code, press 3 times the # key.
Enter the existing code and press the * key to confirm (enter
9999 if this is the first time you are changing the code or another
code if you already have changed your code because some
people were after your secrets...)

The red and green lights will flicker, then enter your new 4-digit
secret code and press the # key to confirm.

not part of this toy and should be discarded for your child's safety.

Battery information

Barbie Magic Secret Box works with 3 x 1.5V
(not included).
1. Using a screwdriver, open the battery compartment
cover located at the back of the secret box.
2. Install the 3 AA batteries observing the polarity indicated
at the bottom of the battery compartment, and as per the
diagram shown opposite.
3. Close the battery compartment and tighten the screw.
Do not use rechargeable batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged.
Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. Different types of
batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. Only batteries of the same or
equivalent type as recommended are to be used. Batteries are to be inserted with the
correct polarity. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy. The supply terminals
are not to be short circuited. Do not throw batteries into a fire. Remove the batteries if you
are not going to use the game for a long period of time.
WARNING: If the unit malfunctions or receives an electrostatic shock, remove the
batteries and insert them again.
