5-14. When the alarm is heard continuously

① If a 'dingdong' sound is heard continuously or the 'Refrigerator door is opened' message is displayed.
Freezer door detection: CN50 #7-#9
Fridge door detection: CN50 #6-#9
Cool Select Room door detection: CN30 #14-#8
- The normal voltages are as follows: When the
door is open: 5 V / When the door is closed: 0 V

Start
Is the door open slightly?
The door is completely closed.
Does the voltage change when the
door is opened or closed?
No
Is the Main Connector (CN50,CN30)
properly connected?
Yes
Is the hinge connector inserted properly?
Yes
Is the location of the reed switch of
the hinge correct?
Yes
(buzzer sound)
The door is slightly open.
Figure out the reason for this such as a
defective door gasket or food stuck
between the door and the main body
and then solve the problem
Yes
Replace the PBA when the 'dingdong'
sound is heard continuously.
No
Reconnect the connector. Repair it if there
is a contact problem.
No
Reconnect the connector. Repair it if
there is a contact problem.
No
Correct the location of the reed switch.
