Does the Prestige support dynamic secure gateway IP?

If the remote VPN gateway uses a dynamic IP, enter 0.0.0.0 as the Secure Gateway IP Address on the
Prestige. In this case, the VPN connection can only be initiated from the gateway that uses the dynamic IP
address to the gateway that uses a fixed IP address. This is to allow the gateway with a dynamic IP
address to update its dynamic IP address to the remote peer. However, if both gateways use dynamic IP
addresses, a VPN connection cannot be established.
