TEST PROCEDURES
2.2 Change the input frequency to 40Hz. Verify that the output level is -1dBr +/- 1.
2.3 Change the input frequency to 18kHz. Verify that the output level is -1dBr +/- 1.
2.4 Turn off the signal generator output. Measure the noise level with a 20kHZ filter and
A-weighting. Verify that it is < 65dBV.
2.5 Repeat steps 2.1 to 2.4 for Input B.
2.6 Set the front panel Input A / Input B switch to Input A. Apply a -30dBV, 1kHZ sine wave to the
input A Euro block jacks. Adjust the Input A gain rear panel control to allow a 1W output level.
Reference the dB meter to this output level.
2.7 Change the input frequency to 40Hz. Verify that the output level is -1dBr +/- 1.
2.8 Change the input frequency to 18kHz. Verify that the output level is -1dBr +/- 1.
2.9 Turn off the signal generator output. Measure the noise level with a 20kHZ filter and
A-weighting. Verify that it is < 65dBV.
2.10 Repeat steps 2.6 to 2.9 for Input B.
2.11 Apply a -30dBV, 1kHZ sine wave to the Page Input jack. Adjust the Page Input gain rear
panel control to allow a 1W output level. Reference the dB meter to this output level.
2.12 Change the input frequency to 40Hz. Verify that the output level is -3dBr +/- 1.
2.13 Change the input frequency to 18kHz. Verify that the output level is -3dBr +/- 1.
2.14 Turn off the signal generator output. Measure the noise level with a 20kHZ filter and
A-weighting. Verify that it is < 60dBV.
2.15 Apply a -30dBV, 1kHZ sine wave to the Aux Input jack located on the front panel.
Reference the dB meter to this output level.
2.16 Change the input frequency to 40Hz. Verify that the output level is -1dBr +/- 1.
2.17 Change the input frequency to 18kHz. Verify that the output level is -1dBr +/- 1.
2.18 Turn off the signal generator output. Measure the noise level with a 20kHZ filter and
A-weighting. Verify that it is < 65dBV.
3. Tone Control Frequency Response Tests
3.1 Set the front panel Treble and Bass controls to the 12 o'clock position. Set the front panel
Input A / Input B switch to Input A.
3.2 Apply a -30dBV, 7kHz sine wave to the input A RCA jacks. Adjust the Input A gain rear panel
control to allow a 1W output level. Reference the dB meter to this output level.
