As your installation grows,
it
may become necessary
to
relocate
the computer. All of the planning and site preparation activities
planned for the setup of your system should be
reviewed
in
Planning to Set Up Your Computer: Workbook 3.
Review
the
following procedure to disconnect the
computer.
1.
Notify
the
service representative and
tell him
of
the
new
location
for the computer.
2.
Remove all diskettes and close the diskette magazine cover.
3.
Set all Power
switches
to the 0 (Off) position
.
4.
Unplug the power cords from the outlets.
5.
Remove the security key(s) from your
computer.
If necessary
label these.

Close the control panel
cover.
7.
If
a display station
has the Keylock
feature,
turn the key to
the
locked position and remove the key. If necessary, label
this.
8.
Put the Security key (and Keylock key) in an envelope and
give it to the system manager.

their own
relocating
instructions.
Be
sure
to
read those
instructions
also.
