The 3290 generates an SCS data stream to perform a local-copy
operation to a printer. If the printer does not have $ave/Restore
Format capability and the printer is operated in shared mode, that
is, a local-copy operation is permitted between brackets of an LU-1
session, there is a possibility that the format controls established
by the host program will be destroyed by the local-copy operation.
Proper use of this bit will help alleviate the contention situation
