2.9.6 Date & Time Setup
This function allows you to set the current date and time on the camcorder.
1. In all Photo and Video Modes press and hold the OK button.
2. Press the POWER/MODE button so the gear icon is highlighted.
3. Select Date & Time Setup using the UP or DOWN buttons.
4. Press the OK button to enter the Date Set submenu.
5. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to change the highlighted value and press
the OK button to switch the highlighted value.
6. Press the OK button until you exit the Date & Time Setup menu to save
the settings.
7. Press the SHUTTER button to exit the settings menu.

This function sets the duration of time in which the camcorder will wait with
no user input before automatically turning off the LCD screen. Note: even
while the screen is off, the camcorder will still be powered on.
